Es neatbraucu uz Latviju tikai, lai atvērtu veikalu. Mani atveda cilvēki, kultūra un šīs vietas īpašā sajūta.
Hereford sākās ar ideju par vietu, kur liellopa gaļa nāk no uzticamiem avotiem un tiek gatavota ar cieņu pret pašu produktu.
No pirmajiem Hereford liellopiem savā saimniecībā, tas ir izaudzis par veikalu un grilbāru Rīgas centrā.
Šodien Hereford balstās pārliecībā, ka īsta kvalitāte sākas laukā, turpinās darbā ar produktu un noslēdzas uz klienta galda.

2006
HEREFORD BRAND LAUNCH
A new chapter begins with the official launch of the Hereford brand, uniting farm, shop, and grill bar under one name.
2014
HEREFORD SHOP OPENS
The first Hereford shop opens in Riga, bringing high-quality Hereford beef directly to customers and introducing the brand to the city.
2021
HEREFORD GRILL BAR
The Hereford Grill Bar opens, offering dishes prepared from our own Hereford beef — from pasture to plate.
2006 — 2026
Svinam 20 gadus
Divdesmit gadi, kuros rūpīgi izvēlamies izcilu liellopu gaļu, piegādājam to svaigu vairākas reizes nedēļā un veidojam vietu, ar kuru Rīga var lepoties.
