Shipping policy

All orders are delivered by courier from the HEREFORD shop in Riga (Krišjāņa Barona 45/47).

We deliver using IzziPizzi.lv within Riga as well as to Jurmala, Olaine, Kekava, Ogre, Adazi, Carnikava, Sigulda, and their surrounding areas (Zones 0–3).

Delivery is not available in Zone 4.

Delivery Fees

All fresh products are delivered in a +2 to +6 °C temperature-controlled environment.

  • Zone 0 – €6.40 + VAT

  • Zone 1 – €6.40 + VAT

  • Zone 2 – €8.40 + VAT

  • Zone 3 – €9.90 + VAT

Free delivery for orders over €100.

Delivery Times

Zone 0 & 1

  • 09:00 – 12:00

  • 12:00 – 18:00

  • 18:00 – 22:00

Zone 2 & 3

  • 08:00 – 18:00

Orders should be placed by 20:00 the day before.
Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days.

Weekend Deliveries

In Zones 0 & 1, weekend and holiday deliveries are made 09:00–12:00.

Express delivery is available if ordered before 10:00.

Important

  • Please ensure availability to receive your order at the selected delivery time. 

  • Perishable products must be refrigerated after delivery.

  • If delivery cannot be completed, additional charges may apply.

We offer courier delivery only.
Parcel lockers are not available due to food safety regulations.
