I didn't come to Latvia to open a shop. I came for the people, the culture, and the quiet beauty of this place.
Hereford began with a simple idea — to create a place where exceptional beef comes from trusted sources and is prepared with respect for the product.
What started with the first Hereford cattle in Latvia grew into a farm, a shop, and a grill in the heart of Riga.
Today, Hereford is built on the belief that real quality begins in the fields, continues in craftsmanship, and ends on the customer’s table.

2006
HEREFORD BRAND LAUNCH
A new chapter begins with the official launch of the Hereford brand, uniting farm, shop, and grill bar under one name.
2014
HEREFORD SHOP OPENS
The first Hereford shop opens in Riga, bringing high-quality Hereford beef directly to customers and introducing the brand to the city.
2021
HEREFORD GRILL BAR
The Hereford Grill Bar opens, offering dishes prepared from our own Hereford beef — from pasture to plate.
2006 — 2026
Celebrating 20 Years
Two decades of sourcing the finest beef, delivering it fresh three times a week, and building something Riga can be proud of. Thank you for being part of the journey.
